UltraShape Appoints Ezra Katzen as its General Counsel

Yoqneam, Israel, May 2, 2007 - UltraShape Inc, a global leader in the body contouring market and the first to market a clinically proven, non-invasive body contouring system based on focused ultrasound technology, announced today the appointment of Ezra Katzen as its General Counsel.

Katzen will be located at UltraShape's corporate headquarters in Yoqneam, Israel. In addition to taking strategic responsibility for the company’s worldwide legal affairs, Katzen will join UltraShape’s management team and will report to the company’s Chief Executive Officer.
Katzen, 52, previously served as General Counsel for Shopping.com, a pioneer in the field of internet shopping and guided the company from its founding in 1998 through its successful IPO on NASDAQ in 2004. Additionally, he has served as a partner in several leading Tel Aviv law firms, where he specialized in representing technology companies. Previously, Katzen practiced law in New York for nine years following his graduation from the University of Chicago Law School.
